The Sleep Expert will leverage expertise in sleep health and physiotherapy to educate clients on the benefits of luxury beds. The role focuses on driving sales through personalized consultations, delivering a premium customer experience, and building long-term client relationships.

Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations
Ensure post-purchase satisfaction and maintain follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Coordinate with showroom and sales teams for seamless service
