As a Selenium Specialist & System Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing enterprise productivity through advanced test automation, AI-enabled testing practices, and intelligent system analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure quality, scalability, and performance across complex enterprise applications.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Dash, Gradio, GraphQL, LangChain, and Autogen
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and their integration into testing processes
Prior experience in ERP implementation and system analysis

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and execute advanced automated test scripts using Selenium
Develop test scripts using Python, Java, or C# (Python preferred)
Apply AI concepts to test automation and remote control of web applications
Perform functional and regression testing for web and mobile applications
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, ensuring module functionality and performance—especially for AI-driven components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into testing processes and enterprise systems
Design high-level screen layouts and wireframes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or spreadsheet tools, ensuring alignment with UX principles
Participate in and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support both short-term and long-term projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Selenium automation frameworks
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# (Python preferred)
Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies into testing workflows
Solid understanding of software testing frameworks and methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and design tools such as Sketch or Figma
Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ERP systems and modular architectures
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus
