Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT System Manager to manage and strengthen the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, system security, and continuous improvement across all technology environments.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and security frameworks.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery preparedness.
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as required.
Oversee IT installations, configurations, updates, and patches.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and IT partners.
Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
Experience Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration or IT infrastructure management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of:
Networking
Servers
Firewalls
IT security tools
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
