Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager at ePROTECT 360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling operations across the company’s cybersecurity, GRC, ISO compliance, and Managed Security Services (MSSP) offerings.
This is a target-driven, leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical understanding, P&L ownership, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across consulting, technology, and service delivery. You will also spearhead business growth for ePROTECT 360’s proprietary tools, including Rakshati (Anti-Ransomware) and GRC 360 Assure.
Compensation
Salary: ₹10 – 12 Lakhs per annum
Incentives: Performance-based incentives (additional)

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
Define and execute the business strategy for cybersecurity, audit, consulting, and MSSP verticals.
Drive market adoption and revenue growth for proprietary tools such as Rakshati (Anti-Ransomware) and GRC 360 Assure.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and solution-led offerings.
Sales Leadership & Revenue
Lead revenue generation through new client acquisition, key account management, and solution development.
Drive tool-led and consulting-led sales models to scale profitability.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with growth targets.
Partnerships & Alliances
Develop and expand strategic alliances with OEMs and partners (e.g., Seceon, NQA, IRCLASS, etc.).
Strengthen partner ecosystem to support service delivery and market expansion.
Delivery Oversight & Governance
Oversee delivery excellence across ISO 27001 / 22301 / 9001 / 9120, DPDP, UIDAI, SOC, and GRC consulting engagements.
Ensure regulatory compliance, high client satisfaction, and strong SLA governance.
Leadership & P&L Ownership
Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Technical, and Compliance functions.
Own and manage P&L, ensuring profitability through pricing strategies, cost optimization, and scalable business models.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Brand & Market Representation
Represent ePROTECT 360 in client meetings, industry forums, conferences, and strategic discussions.
Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted cybersecurity and compliance partner.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 10–12 years in business development / leadership roles within cybersecurity, GRC, ISO, or IT consulting domains.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (mandatory).
Candidate Location: Mumbai-based candidates only.

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, ISO frameworks, MSSP models, and enterprise security solutions.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
