Job Description: Tele Sales Specialist
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
Experience in generating and acquiring clients from the UAE is a strong added advantage.
Ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate closely with recruiters.
Experience in transferring qualified leads and supporting the closure of hiring requirements.

Role Details & Responsibilities
Acquire new clients from the UAE for recruitment and hiring support services.
Conduct outbound calling, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential clients.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth execution.
Transfer qualified leads to recruiters and assist in deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate daily with the Dubai head office to align sales and recruitment activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and client requirements.
Ability to work with international clients and different time zones.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on results and revenue generation.
