Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sports courts, wellness services, café operations, and events. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a customer-first mindset to deliver a premium member experience.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas.
Lead hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence across departments.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, reporting, and cost controls.
Manage member relations and resolve escalations professionally.
Coordinate with marketing, events, and technology teams to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in hospitality, sports, fitness, or business management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Passion for sports, wellness, and community building.
Salary
₹80,000 per month (Negotiable)
Working Schedule
Full-time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: 1 day
Weekend work mandatory
