Experience Requirements:
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Maintain bookkeeping and ledger management for daily supermarket transactions.
Manage inventory entries, raw material data, inward & outward records.
Assist in finalization of accounts and monthly closing activities.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and vendor summaries.
Handle reconciliation of bank accounts, suppliers, and cashier reports.
Maintain accurate records for daily sales, stock consumption, and wastage.
Ensure proper documentation for purchases, GRN, and stock movements.
Process inter-company transactions in coordination with head office.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Work efficiently in 12-hour shifts (day/night).
🔑 Key Requirements
B.Com / M.Com with 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of:
Bookkeeping & Ledger
Inventory & Stock Management
Finalizing Accounts
Financial Reporting
Reconciliation
Inter-company transactions
Tally or Miracle software proficiency is mandatory.
Experience in supermarket or retail accounting is an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in Central African region.
