Experience Requirements:
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily hotel & F&B operations.
Supervise service staff, ensure proper grooming, discipline, and productivity.
Maintain high guest service standards, handle guest requests and issues.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory of F&B items, stock levels, and ensure proper usage.
Support team in implementing SOPs, hygiene practices, and safety guidelines.
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure dining areas, rooms, and common spaces meet hotel cleanliness standards.
Help manage cost control, billing, and basic operational reporting.
Work effectively in 12-hour shifts (day/night).
🔑 Key Requirements
Hotel Management degree/diploma (mandatory).
2–4 years’ experience in hotel or F&B operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of hospitality standards and F&B operations.
Ability to manage and guide teams efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Willing to work in Central African region under long shifts.
