General Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.

Lead and manage staff in housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other service areas.

Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.

Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Monitor room occupancy, revenue, budgeting, and cost control.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and service agreements.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Plan staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Support marketing and sales strategies to improve hotel business.

Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Ensure strong communication between departments and leadership team.

🔑 Key Requirements

Hotel Management qualification (mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or management roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Knowledge of hotel software, guest handling, and hospitality standards.

Ability to manage operations during 12-hour day/night shifts.

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate and work in Central African region.
