Experience Requirements:
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
Maintain housekeeping inventory and report shortages.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and surfaces as per hotel standards.
Handle laundry operations, including washing, drying, and ironing.
Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness procedures.
Assist with guest service needs (on request).
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Work efficiently in 12-hour day/night shifts.
Report maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
🔑 Key Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in housekeeping (Hotel/Hospitality background preferred).
Physically fit and able to work long hours.
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.
Good communication and discipline.
Willing to work in Central African region.
