🔑 Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete bookkeeping & ledger management.
Manage inventory, raw material accounting, inward/outward tracking.
Lead the finalization of accounts, month-end closing, and audit preparation.
Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis.
Ensure timely bank, vendor & inter-company reconciliation.
Supervise accounts team, guide Junior Accountants, and ensure accuracy.
Handle inter-company transactions and maintain compliance.
Monitor budget utilization and project-wise expense allocation (Hotel & Construction).
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
Work efficiently under 12-hour shifts (day/night).

Experience Requirements:
🔑 Key Requirements
B.Com / M.Com with 4–5 years of senior-level accounting experience.
Strong command over Tally and Miracle (mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of:
Bookkeeping & ledgers
Inventory & raw material management
Accounts finalization
Financial reporting & audit support
Reconciliation processes
Inter-company transactions
Ability to manage a small accounting team.
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in Central African region with long shifts.
