Job Title: Front Office Staff
Department: Reservation
Contract Duration: Dec 2025 – Dec 2026
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
Number of Vacancies: 2
Experience Required: 5–6 Years (Freshers can also be considered)
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000

Experience Requirements:

1. Detailed Work Profile

Handle walk-in guests and manage booking platforms.

Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff.

Address and resolve any room-related or resort-related issues.

Ensure smooth check-in & check-out process.

Maintain guest records and handle billing.

Provide accurate information about rooms, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

2. Education Requirements

Graduation: Preferred

Post-Graduation: Not mandatory

Special Courses: Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management (preferred)

3. Personal Attributes

Warm customer service approach with genuine hospitality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving ability.

Professional grooming and positive attitude.

4. Communication Skills

Required communication ability in customer-facing roles.

Languages: English & Hindi mandatory; Malayalam is an added advantage.

5. Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior)

High attention to detail in every guest touchpoint.

Strong product knowledge of rooms, F&B, facilities, and the local area.

Sales mindset to upsell rooms, experiences, and packages.

Professional presentation and grooming standards.
