Role Overview

The Resident Management Executive will support the top management in ensuring seamless operations across the property. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coordinating with partners and vendors, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and leadership qualities.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.

Assist top management in managing and coordinating property activities.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure facilities are well maintained.

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations.

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and build partnerships with:

Travel agencies

Tour operators

Online travel platforms

Media outlets

Influencers

Other relevant stakeholders

Support initiatives to expand the resort’s visibility and customer reach.

Finance & Reporting

Assist in creating and managing operational budgets.

Track expenses and maintain financial records.

Prepare reports on financial performance and operational metrics.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Ensure timely coordination, procurement, and delivery of services.

Industry Awareness

Stay updated with current hospitality trends, competitor practices, and operational best practices.

Education Requirements

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in:

Marketing

Communications

Hospitality Management

Business Administration

Or related fields

Post-Graduation: Not mandatory

Preferred Course: Hospitality-related programs

Skills & Personal Attributes

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage budgets and basic financials
