Position Overview
The Assistant Engineer – Solar (66kV) will be responsible for site surveys, installation supervision, and commissioning activities for ground-mounted solar power plants. The role requires strong technical knowledge of solar installation processes and experience with high-voltage (66kV & 11kV) systems.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Experience Requirements
Total Experience: 4–5 years
Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years
Installation & site survey experience for solar power plants
Gender Preference: Male
Age Range: 25–30 years
Reporting To: Deputy Manager – Projects (Solar)
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys for ground-mounted solar projects.
Handle installation work across various types of solar ground-mount systems.
Demonstrate complete technical understanding of solar plant installation workflows.
Work within project timelines and schedules as directed by the Project Manager.
Core Competencies & Special Skills
Experience in large-scale solar ground-mount installation, specifically 66kV & 11kV systems.
Strong internal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate with site teams.
Skilled in material inspection and store management at project sites.
Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of solar ground-mount plants.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project timelines.
Salary Budget
CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5.0 Lakhs per annum
