Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Electrical Project Sales Engineers to join our team. The role involves driving sales for electrical products and solutions, managing project inquiries, and building strong client relationships within the electrical engineering and construction sectors.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical products and engineering solutions.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the electrical sector.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from proposal stage to project delivery.
Prepare technical and financial proposals; coordinate with clients and consultants.
Review and study project technical specifications to determine accurate requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and customer inquiries professionally.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical project sales or sales of switches, sockets, and electrical accessories.
Strong understanding of electrical products including:
Switches & Sockets
Panels
Circuit breakers
Cables
Other electrical accessories
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
