Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous-Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at our luxury desert ecolodge. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Middle Eastern and international cuisine, with strong experience in boutique hotels, resorts, camps, or desert lodges.

Experience Requirements
8–10 years of professional culinary experience.
Prior experience in boutique hotels, desert lodges, camps, or luxury resorts (strong advantage).
Ability to assist with menu creation, food preparation, and maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare Middle Eastern and international dishes with high standards of quality.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
Handle special dietary requests and VIP guest requirements when needed.
Contract Details
Full-time position.
Work location: AMAR Luxury Desert Ecolodge (between Dubai & Abu Dhabi).
Daily transportation provided between staff accommodation and the lodge.
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible.
Salary & Budget
Up to AED 4,000 per month (all-inclusive).
