Waiter

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and luxury etiquette

Present menus, take and process orders accurately

Recommend food and beverage options according to guest preferences

Deliver VIP-standard service for high-profile and international guests

Set up dinner areas including sunset deck, stargazing zone, and private dining tents

Prepare the dining area (table setup, glassware, cutlery, crockery, linens)

Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols

Assist with lounge service, afternoon tea, mocktails, and in-tent dining

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience (Luxury hotel/lodge experience preferred)

Excellent English communication (French/Italian/Spanish is an added advantage)

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards

Presentable, polite, with refined luxury service etiquette

Ability to work in a desert environment

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Valid UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory)

Working Conditions

Full-time role (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner service)

Based at AMAR Luxury Desert Ecolodge

Duty meals provided

Transportation provided

Accommodation provided

1 day off per week

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience)
