Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage and expand corporate client relationships in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of textile processing and auxiliary chemicals, coupled with proven expertise in B2B sales and key account management. This role involves leading business development initiatives, nurturing key accounts, driving product adoption, and supporting customers with technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients in the textile sector.
Promote and position the company’s product portfolio based on client needs and process requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Understand client processes and provide technical recommendations on textile auxiliary applications.
3. Technical & Commercial Coordination
Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to suggest appropriate products for pretreatment, dyeing, finishing, and other processes.
Provide on-site support during product trials, evaluations, and troubleshooting activities.
4. Strategic Account Planning
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue, growth, and penetration targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client feedback summaries.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
5. Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and supply agreements.
Ensure timely renewals and adherence to all contractual commitments.
Key Requirements
Education
B.Tech / B.Sc in Textile Chemistry, or
Diploma in Textile Chemistry.
Experience
10–15 years of total experience.
5–10 years of experience in corporate/key account management or business development, preferably in the textile chemicals sector.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of textile auxiliary chemicals and their applications in various textile processing stages.
Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Sales revenue growth from assigned corporate accounts.
Client retention rate and customer satisfaction levels.
