Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to achieve targets within defined timelines.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or other company formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
