Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with event delegates.
Maintain trackers and reporting systems for delegate participation.

Collaborate with programme and sales teams to support stakeholder communication.
Conduct desk research to identify target audiences and relevant industry groups.
Support outreach efforts to build relationships with networks, associations, and organisations.
Assist in drafting communication material and messages for delegates.
Work with marketing teams to promote events across different channels.
Contribute to post-event reports by collecting feedback and highlighting key observations.
Skills Required:
