Position Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, induction, training coordination, payroll support, and attendance management. The role requires a confident and quick learner with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Handle joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.

Conduct and coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.

Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance records.

Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

Coordinate training activities and track employee learning & development records.

Provide day-to-day administrative support within the HR & Admin department.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.

Education Requirements:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post-Graduation: Not required

Special Course: Not mandatory (HR certifications preferred but not essential)
