Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with expertise in technical sales, client relationship management, and digital media/advertising. The ideal candidate combines business development skills with operational management to drive contracts with developers and enterprises across multiple sectors.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure business opportunities with developers, commercial clients, and enterprises for digital and immersive media installations.

Leverage technical knowledge in digital electronics and IT to explain solutions and guide clients through implementation possibilities.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, demos, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and closures.

Oversee after-sales activities, including client onboarding, service coordination, and ongoing relationship management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Work on both CAPEX and OPEX business models.

Provide insights into digital media marketing and advertising opportunities to maximize client ROI.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the company’s market footprint.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Management, Electronics, IT, Marketing, or related fields.

3–6 years of experience in business development, technical/electronics sales, or advertising/media sales.

Strong technical foundation in digital electronics and IT.

Proven track record in business development, pre-sales, and client management.

Knowledge of digital media marketing and advertising.

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
