The role involves managing hospital events, building strong doctor relationships, generating high-quality referrals, and supporting patient counselling to drive program enrollments and revenue.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Events & Coordination
Coordinate and support health camps, screenings, and wellness events at partner hospitals.
Manage on-ground activities, assist with patient flow, and identify potential leads.
Prepare brief summaries and share event outcomes.
2. Doctor Engagement & Referral Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure doctors understand the AI-based program and referral process.
Extract quality referrals regularly and address doctor expectations promptly.
3. In-House Patient Counselling
Counsel walk-ins, event leads, and hospital-generated leads about the AI-driven health program.
Clearly explain program benefits, process workflow, and pricing to improve conversions.
Update all conversations, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
Submit daily reports on doctor visits, referrals, counselling sessions, and conversions.
Maintain timely follow-ups and actively drive enrollment targets.
5. Revenue Growth
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Doctor Channel vertical.
