Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Junior Customer Success Associate to support new members throughout their onboarding journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Educate members about the full program structure and expectations.
Guide members in procuring the necessary items required to begin the program.
Understand and strictly follow the onboarding process and protocols.
Schedule training sessions and consultations for new members.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Serve as the single point of contact for onboarding members, addressing queries efficiently.
Handle member issues with empathy, professionalism, and quick resolution.
Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and complete regular follow-ups.

Qualifications

Fluency in at least 3 languages (Preferred: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil).
