The Brand Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving brand strategy, executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns, managing content development, and building a strong brand presence. This role requires deep expertise in brand positioning, digital communication, and content marketing, with the ability to lead creative initiatives and manage teams.

Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy tailored for the Indian market.
Position the organization as a premium provider of metabolic health solutions.
Use consumer insights to refine and strengthen brand messaging.
B. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
Create impactful content strategies targeting high-net-worth audiences.
Lead content creation across digital platforms including blogs, ads, websites, emails, and campaign creatives.
Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data analytics.
C. Customer Engagement & Experience
Enhance customer journey touchpoints to build trust and long-term engagement.
Develop personalized messaging, success stories, and interactive content to increase customer engagement.
D. Collaboration & Team Management
Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding.
Collaborate with external agencies for content creation, media buying, and event management.
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Manage designers and ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines.
E. Market & Competitive Analysis
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Use market insights to recommend innovative marketing and branding initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Brand & Content Marketing with strong digital marketing exposure.
Strong content writing skills (long-form, short-form, campaign content).
Experience in social media management and online community engagement.
Creative, dynamic, and outgoing personality.
Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing a design team is an added advantage.
