Creative Marketing and Content Officer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans and strategies for the restaurant group.

Coordinate with influencers to organize high-quality coverage and promotional campaigns.

Create video content and conduct on-site coverage for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Design innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and attract customers.

Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and implement improvements for better results.

Supervise all visual and media content to maintain consistent brand identity.

Lead, manage, and develop the creative marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong creativity and passion for social media and digital marketing.

Expertise in visual content production and understanding of modern social media trends.

Experience managing influencers and executing promotional campaigns.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
