Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth.

Identify and capture new markets through effective sales efforts.

Retain and expand the existing client base by building strong customer relationships.

Ensure high-quality service and responsiveness to customer needs.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and corporate events as required.

Travel for domestic and international client meetings and business development.

Manage and maintain accounts receivables within defined credit policies.

Prepare annual plans, financial reports, and periodic sales updates for the management.

Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.

Maintain confidentiality of business activities and avoid sharing sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales or Marketing (MBA preferred).

Strong communication skills (English – spoken & written).

Must be male/female candidates with a professional personality.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must have experience handling domestic and international clients.

Ability to appoint distributors/agents and manage their performance.

Capable of handling corporate customers and generating new business leads.

Experience handling pigments/colourants/masterbatches/coatings/inks is an advantage.

Must be willing to travel extensively based on business needs.
