Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join a fast-paced telecom sales process supporting the UAE market. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting telecom products such as postpaid SIM cards, home broadband/TV packages, and SMB solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling skills.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to promote telecom products and services.

Explain features, benefits, and value propositions of postpaid SIM cards, home broadband (eLife), and business solutions.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Handle customer queries, address objections, and provide accurate product information.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

Stay updated on product enhancements, offers, and market trends.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall team goals.

Ensure adherence to organizational sales policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales, preferably in telecom.

Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive telephone manners.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Knowledge of Arabic or UAE regional languages is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
