Role Overview
The Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, preparing techno-commercial proposals, handling customer negotiations, and generating business within the assigned region.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Possess basic knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems.
Achieve annual sales targets in the range of ₹1 crore to ₹1.5 crore.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with customers.
Handle technical and commercial discussions leading to order finalization.
Ensure order closing and documentation with the client.
Generate business as per company KPIs and regional goals.
Provide weekly updates on opportunities, customer requirements, and market developments.
Conduct presentations and sales promotional activities.
Regularly visit customers within the region to build strong relationships.
Education Requirements
Full-time Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech) in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication.
