Primary Responsibilities :
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Administer HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, facilitating resolutions through effective communication and conflict management.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and provide guidance on improvement plans.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including induction, skills development, and leadership training.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and ensure timely disbursements in compliance with statutory requirements.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports related to employee performance, attrition, engagement, and other key metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies to maintain high morale and productivity levels.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Work closely with senior management to review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
- BPO Experience: Prior experience in HR within a BPO environment is a significant advantage.
- Employee Engagement Expertise: Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies.
- Problem Solving: Experience managing complex employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
