Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of an AI-based product suite and enterprise-grade implementations. This senior leadership role will oversee delivery excellence across multiple technology streams, ensuring scalability, reliability, quality, and client success.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Java-based enterprise architecture, along with exposure to Python, AI/ML, and LLM components. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle—from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and client engagement.
Experience Required
12–18 years of experience in software delivery management.
Proven leadership managing multi-technology teams in enterprise or product-based environments.
Strong experience in delivery governance, client communication, and large-scale product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Management
Own complete delivery of AI-driven software products, ensuring top-tier quality and on-time releases.
Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices.
Ensure alignment between product goals, engineering execution, and client expectations.
Technical Leadership
Drive execution across Java, Angular, Python, ML/LLM, and QA automation streams.
Oversee architecture reviews, validate technical design, and enforce coding guidelines.
Implement best practices in microservices, modular design, and scalable deployments.
Ensure integration of ML/LLM components with the Java ecosystem.
DevOps, CI/CD & Quality Assurance
Manage CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) and ensure seamless automation.
Enforce code quality standards using SonarQube and related frameworks.
Lead robust testing practices using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, TestNG.
Ensure continuous testing and monitoring practices are in place.
Performance, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track key delivery metrics: velocity, quality, defect density, and resource utilization.
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters.
Oversee planning, milestone tracking, and escalation management.
Present project updates, risks, and delivery plans to stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Mentor Technical Leads and Project Managers to enhance leadership maturity.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong academic credentials, ideally from premier institutions.
Deep expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and microservices.
Experience with SQL/RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git).
Knowledge of software design patterns, system design, and scalable architecture.
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, TestNG).
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and integration of LLMs.
Experience with performance engineering, distributed systems, and caching mechanisms.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with global clients.
