Role Overview
The Repair and Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance operations of a fleet of electric vehicles. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination with service partners, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards of vehicle performance and driver satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance Management
Track kilometers for all vehicles and ensure proactive and timely servicing.
Develop service metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for mechanical, electrical, and body shop work in coordination with service centers.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on service and maintenance performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized service centers.
Ensure vehicles sent for body shop work are repaired and returned without delay.
Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party cleaning agencies for regular vehicle cleaning.
Monitor performance of service centers to ensure strict adherence to all metrics and SLAs.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in 4-wheeler vehicle maintenance.
Proven experience in managing vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
Experience ensuring quality standards and compliance in service operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with electric 4-wheelers (EVs).
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate.
Experience in transport operations, preferably in MNC environments.
Ability to lead by example and influence teams without direct authority.
Experience coordinating with senior-level stakeholders.
