Role Overview
The Operations Executive will manage daily taxi service operations for an electric-vehicle–based B2C mobility service. The role requires hands-on experience in fleet management, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage driver interactions and real-time operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure timely login of all vehicles in the fleet.
Monitor and track vehicle movement throughout the shift.
Interact regularly with drivers to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
Obtain and update real-time operational information.
Prepare and update daily operations reports for each shift.
Manage documentation for cars, drivers, and office records.
Allocate vehicles to drivers as per operational requirements.
Follow up on vehicles sent for service or maintenance.
Verify, collect, and maintain driver documentation.
Maintain consistent communication with drivers to support smooth operations.
Handle shift handovers and ensure proper updates to shift leads.
Secondary Responsibilities
Facilitate driver training and readiness for operational deployment.
Conduct field-based physical background verification of drivers.
Assign vehicles to drivers as needed.
Support the driver hiring and onboarding process.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in end-to-end fleet management (min. 150 cars preferred).
Proficiency in spoken Kannada.
Computer skills including email communication, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong learning mindset and willingness to improve.
Ability to take accountability for driver management and operational outputs.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
Desired Qualifications
Education: Graduate or 12th pass.
Experience in transport operations, preferably in MNC environments.
Ability to lead by example and influence teams without direct authority.
