Role Overview
The Driver Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of qualified drivers for an electric-vehicle–based B2C taxi service. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on recruiting experience, and the ability to manage high-volume driver onboarding and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Extract and compile driver information into the driver hiring database.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to prospective drivers.
Follow up with drivers to ensure attendance for interviews.
Maximize the number of interested drivers attending interviews.
Support the hiring team with documentation and paperwork for driver onboarding.
Maintain and regularly update the driver hiring tracker sheet.
Provide daily updates and hiring progress reports to the Operations Manager.
Verify, collect, and maintain all driver-related documents.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure drivers receive proper training and are prepared for operational readiness.
Perform field-based background verification of drivers.
Allocate vehicles to drivers as per operational requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in inbound or outbound calling.
Proficiency in spoken Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Basic computer proficiency, including email management, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
Ability to take ownership and accountability for driver onboarding and operational responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
Education: Graduate or 12th pass.
Experience in transport operations, preferably in large-scale or MNC environments.
Ability to lead by example and influence teams without direct authority.
Experience coordinating with senior-level stakeholders.
