Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales function, drive revenue growth, and ensure strategic sales planning and execution. The role requires strong leadership, FMCG sales experience, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

 

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Utilize extensive FMCG sales experience to drive market penetration and growth.

Manage, support, and motivate the sales team within the assigned area.

Monitor sales performance and present regular reports to senior management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and distributors.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Provide training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Education Requirements

Graduation: Any Degree

Post-Graduation: MBA preferred
