About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee staff and contractors across multiple service verticals. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong business process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership experience.
Work Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: Remote
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administration and overall operational management.
Monitor and report key performance metrics to leadership, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through timely, quality, and cost-effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
Coordinate with staff and external contractors across departments such as Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing, and Engineering.
Prepare periodic reports for internal leadership and clients.
Hire, train, and manage team members while coordinating tasks and deliverables.
Support the integration of business processes, workflows, and operational improvements.
Essential Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in a similar operations management role.
Proven experience in supervising cross-departmental teams in a fast-growing environment.
Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions.
Excellent English communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and program or project management tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with outsourcing models and multi-vertical service delivery.
Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
