Position: Enterprise Business Development Manager
Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune
Work Type: Office-based & On-field
Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
CTC: INR 10.5 – 12 Lakh per annum
Role Summary
The Enterprise Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end enterprise sales in assigned territories. The role requires hands-on management of the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, account mapping, Statement of Work (SoW) development, PoC, objection handling, pricing, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-ticket enterprise sales and possess strong business acumen, solution-selling expertise, and the ability to work with integrity and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise sales strategies targeting B2B clients across industries such as IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and similar sectors.
Understand client hierarchies, decision-making processes, and current business challenges to offer suitable solutions.
Execute initiatives to engage target accounts and convert interactions into meaningful business opportunities.
Client Acquisition (Hunting)
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and CXOs.
Coordinate with internal teams including legal and operations to ensure timely deal closure.
Market Analysis & Competitor Research
Map accounts, current contracts, and client requirements within assigned geography.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies and solution positioning.
Conduct thorough due diligence before client interactions to maximize success.
Solution Selling & Process Management
Build and implement a solution-sales approach.
Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports as per agreed timelines and formats.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Contract Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize contracts efficiently.
Reporting
Share updates on order losses in the assigned territory promptly.
Exhibit diligence, discipline, punctuality, and integrity in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, or similar sectors.
Proven track record of generating and closing large-ticket deals (INR 25 Lakhs and above).
Prior experience in enterprise sales of Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecommunication Solutions, or Facility Management is preferred.
