1. Job Summary
The Electrical Manager will lead the electrical engineering and control/software teams involved in semiconductor, wafer fabrication, or automation-related projects. The role involves overseeing electrical design, system integration, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with global engineering standards. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex automation projects.

2. Key Responsibilities
Team & Project Leadership
Lead, supervise, and mentor electrical and control/software engineering teams.
Ensure effective execution of engineering projects and adherence to timelines.
Conduct formal performance evaluations and support professional development.
Recruit and develop engineering talent as per business needs.
Technical Leadership
Review and evaluate electrical schematics and detailed engineering drawings.
Oversee software development, system architecture design, code review, and debugging.
Provide technical consultation to project managers and customers.
Support on-site equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and control-related issue resolution.
Process & System Development
Develop and implement scalable software development and system integration methods.
Maintain strict compliance with SEMI, CE, UL, ISO, and safety standards.
Enhance product functionality and user experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Enforce internal processes, documentation standards, and project guidelines.
Operational Management
Plan, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and headcount.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for control system applications and team operations.
Manage large-scale automation projects and ensure technical alignment with requirements.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge
Strong hands-on experience with electrical schematics and detail engineering drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and exposure to semiconductor / wafer fab / automation industries.
Solid understanding of equipment automation, control system architecture, and industrial communication protocols (SEMI GEM Secs).
Familiarity with SEMI standards (E82, E88, E153), CE, ISO 13855, and UL compliance.
Technical Skills
Proficient in programming languages: C, C++, C#, .NET, ASP.NET
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and modern software development practices.
Experience with both Linux and Windows environments.
Ability to review, debug, and validate software and firmware for machine control systems.
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

4. Educational Requirements
