Position: Head of Sales
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the complete sales function, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of B2B solutions in cold chain, logistics, or related industries.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a regional or pan-India sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, healthcare, and logistics sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise clients.
Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product development, and production to align solutions with customer needs.
Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Review sales performance metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management.
Requirements
10–18 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain, logistics, packaging, pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled product solutions.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
Strong understanding of cold chain systems, temperature-controlled packaging, or pharma logistics (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage key accounts and collaborate cross-functionally.
