Position Summary:
The Marketing & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and domestic & international market expansion. The role involves strategic planning, market research, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in marketing within capsule manufacturing or related pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct detailed market studies to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
3. Customer Acquisition & Business Growth
Identify and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
Drive sales growth by expanding into new markets and strengthening existing ones.
4. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Ensure consistent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Brand Development
Enhance brand visibility through promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
6. Sales Support & Negotiation
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Support pricing decisions and strategy formulation.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Collaborate on customer queries, quality concerns, and order planning.
8. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all marketing and sales documentation adhere to corporate and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and negotiations.
9. Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, business performance, pipeline status, and strategic opportunities.
Update management on key activities and progress.
10. Innovation & New Opportunities
Explore new product opportunities and diversification ideas to support business growth.
Recommend strategies for penetrating international markets.
Academic Qualifications:
BBA / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certifications in international marketing, sales, or business development are an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
12–15 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in capsule manufacturing or related pharmaceutical industries.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of achieving growth and sales targets.
Experience in international business development, export markets, and global customer management is preferred.
