Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Officer – WPC Products

Reporting To:

Regional Sales Head

Location:

Regional markets with travel across the assigned territory.

Job Summary:

The role involves expanding the dealer network and driving sales of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) products. The candidate will work closely with priority dealers, channel partners, architects, contractors, project developers, and homeowners to generate enquiries and meet sales targets. This is a mid-level role suitable for candidates with strong experience in channel sales within the building materials or construction products industry.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Network Development

Identify, appoint, and manage Priority Dealers and Channel Partners.

Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at dealer outlets.

Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to support in primary and secondary sales.

2. Market Development & Enquiry Generation

Target architects, project developers, contractors, applicators, and homeowners for enquiry generation.

Conduct site visits, product presentations, and relationship-building activities.

Drive product visibility and influence across the market ecosystem.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume and value).

Track sales pipeline, follow up on enquiries, and convert potential leads into orders.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Submit periodic sales reports, dealer performance insights, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with CRM, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Candidate Profile & Experience:

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 7 years in channel/retail sales within:

Building materials

Construction products

Home improvement or architectural products industries

Experience developing and managing dealer/distributor networks.

Proven experience engaging with architects, developers, contractors, and homeowners.

Industry Preference:

UPVC/Aluminium doors & windows

Decorative wood products, laminates

Hardware, façade & cladding materials

Flooring, roofing, or similar architectural products

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred but not mandatory)

Language:

Proficiency in English and the local regional language.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong territory and dealer management skills

Excellent customer relationship-building ability

Product presentation and site-visit competence

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good reporting and sales pipeline management skills

Compensation:
