Job Title: Master Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Master Technician specializing in luxury and premium automotive brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with authorized dealerships such as BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, or similar high-end OEMs.
This role involves advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, system troubleshooting, and ensuring top-quality vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnosis & Repair
Perform advanced diagnostic procedures using professional tools and equipment.
Identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems such as engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and HVAC.
2. Maintenance Services
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance: oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, filters, etc.
Ensure vehicles meet performance and safety standards.
3. Advanced Mechanical & Electrical Repairs
Carry out complex repairs including engine overhauls, transmission rebuilds, differential work, and ECU/module programming.
Troubleshoot wiring systems, sensors, actuators, onboard computers, and CAN communication networks.
4. Technical Documentation
Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, parts usage, and labor in service records or digital systems.
Maintain compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
5. Customer Interaction
Explain diagnosis, repair needs, cost estimates, and service details to customers clearly.
Provide a premium customer experience.
6. Training & Mentorship
Stay updated with emerging automotive technologies and diagnostic advancements.
Guide and mentor junior technicians to enhance overall team capability.
7. Quality Assurance
Perform post-repair quality checks and ensure all work meets technical and safety standards.
8. Calibration & Parts Management
Calibrate and fine-tune vehicle systems and workshop equipment.
Order, replace, and install parts with precision.
Required Qualifications
Education (Mandatory):
I.T.I. or 3-year full-time Diploma
OR 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
From a recognized institution
Experience:
10–15 years of experience in luxury automotive dealerships (BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, etc.)
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Proficiency in computerized diagnostic tools and software
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Other Skills:
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a willingness to adapt to new technologies
Salary & Benefits
Salary: From ₹10,00,000 LPA onwards (based on experience)
Benefits: Monthly salary increments based on performance

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: Sunday
