Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Executive / Civil Engineer to manage and oversee all civil-related activities across plant and dormitory areas. The role includes procurement of civil materials, vendor development, repair and maintenance oversight, and support in new civil projects. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills, ensuring cost-effective and timely execution of work while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage procurement activities for civil materials and services.
Identify, evaluate, and develop civil vendors and contractors.
Negotiate pricing, quality parameters, and delivery timelines.
2. Projects & Maintenance
Support execution of new civil projects within plant and dormitory areas.
Supervise repair and maintenance activities in building structures and common areas.
Prepare plans and schedules for future repair and maintenance work.
3. Cost & Budget Control
Forecast expenses for civil repair and maintenance activities.
Assist in annual budgeting and ensure effective cost control.
Maintain quality and safety while optimizing costs.
4. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all civil works meet safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and maintenance support.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of civil construction, materials, and processes.
Experience in vendor development and management.
Effective negotiation and cost-control skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Planning, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in civil work handling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Experience in vendor management, project execution, and maintenance activities.
