Role Overview
The Cook/Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for a Director’s Guest House in two daily shifts. The role requires expertise in Japanese and Indian cuisines, with knowledge of additional cuisines considered an added advantage.

Evening Slot: Snacks & Dinner
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as per daily requirements.
Specialize in Japanese and Indian cuisines.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen operations, meal planning, and ingredient preparation.
Ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and request supplies when needed.
Adapt to special requests, dietary preferences, and personalized meal needs.
Qualifications
Minimum education: 12th Standard
Formal culinary training in Japanese/Indian cuisine preferred
10–20 years of professional cooking experience
Experience in guest house or high-standard home cooking is desirable
