Role Overview
The Site Engineer is responsible for daily site supervision, quality checks, labor coordination, reporting, and assisting with measurements to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities according to drawings and schedule.
Check work quality, verify material usage, and ensure construction standards.
Coordinate with labor, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and manpower logs.
Assist with measurements and preparation of quantity sheets.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline at the site.
Report material requirements, issues, and progress to the Project Engineer.
Support RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
Good knowledge of construction activities and workmanship standards.
Ability to manage labor and ensure timely project execution.
Strong reporting and communication skills.
