The Project Engineer will handle project coordination, execution, planning, quality control, contractor management, and ensuring timely completion of all civil works.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete project coordination from planning to execution.
Lead project execution ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Prepare work schedules, manpower/material planning, and micro-level planning.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Check measurements, verify contractor bills, and maintain site documentation.
Ensure quality control for materials and workmanship.
Resolve site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Prepare progress reports and monitor project budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and regulatory standards.
Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction.
Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, and services coordination.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and handle pressure.
