Requirements
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-driven with strong client relationship skills.
Ability to work weekends, handle site visits, and extended hours.
Basic knowledge of CRM software (preferred).
