Job Title: Flexcube Technical Consultant
Experience Required: 5 to 30 Years
Job Location: Bangalore / Onsite (Middle East or Africa regions)
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (FCUBS) versions 12.x and above (including 14.x). The candidate should possess strong technical expertise and hands-on implementation experience across multiple banking modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Lifecycle FLEXCUBE Implementation

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations from requirement gathering to Go-Live and post-production support.

Perform system setup, configuration, module activation, and parameterization.

Conduct SIT, UAT planning, execution, and production validation.

2. Integration Development

Develop and maintain interfaces & integrations with third-party systems using:

RESTful APIs

Web services (SOAP/REST)

SWIFT, SEPA, payment gateways, CBS integrations

Manage integration architecture, security, logging, and performance tuning.

3. Data Migration & Performance Tuning

Design and execute data migration strategies for FLEXCUBE modules.

Perform ETL mappings, data validation, reconciliation and batch processing.

Conduct performance tuning, load testing, capacity planning, and stress testing.

4. System Customization & Enhancement

Customize FLEXCUBE modules using:

Oracle SQL/PLSQL

Java

WebLogic

Enhance and tailor modules including:

CASA, Core, Loans, OBPM, OBCL, ELCM, IC, LC, BC, ATM, EOC

OBMA, OBTF, OBTR, OBBRN, OBVAM, OBCLPM, OBCFPM

5. Implementation Support

Provide user training, environment setup, patch deployment, code migration, debugging.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide L2/L3 support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS implementation (12.x and above).
