Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
Handle client interactions, product walkthroughs, and store presentations.
Manage lead follow-ups, track inquiries, and drive sales conversions.
Oversee after-sales coordination, ensuring timely communication and customer delight.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product placement.
Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain store ambience and merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
Handle escalations, customer complaints, and service issues professionally.
Support store events, promotions, and client appointments.
