Job Title: Key Account Executive – Tyre Sales

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts such as fleets, dealers, workshops, and corporate clients. Focus on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned key accounts through regular field visits.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct meetings with fleets, workshops, and dealers to understand usage patterns and customer requirements.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect potential new customers.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within company guidelines.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and sales using CRM tools.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of tyre usage, market behaviour, and customer needs.

Willingness for regular field visits and outdoor work.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Street-smart, commercially aware, and skilled in negotiation.

Positive, professional attitude with a target-driven approach.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and good in follow-up and reporting.

High analytical ability and quick learner.

Strong and confident personality with ability to influence decision makers.

Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of B2B sales experience in tyres.

Experience dealing with fleets, dealers, or workshops is an advantage.

Valid driving licence.

Strong MS Office proficiency.

Location: UAE / Oman or as per requirement

Experience Required: 5+ years in tyre B2B sales

Salary Budget: As per requirement
